The teachings of Yoga tell us that Happiness is a choice - a skill that can be learned.

During this retreat you will:

  • Explore principles of Yoga philosophy and psychology that show the way to a life of greater happiness, contentment and inner peace
  • Identify the attitudes and actions that rob you of happiness
  • Practice timeless techniques of meditation for cultivating inner joy
  • Enjoy gentle yoga postures to  relax and release stress
  • Gain tools and techniques to practice happiness daily

If you would like a longer stay, there is a place on the registration form to add extra nights or arrive early for a personal retreat or seclusion.
