During this retreat you will:
- Explore principles of Yoga philosophy and psychology that show the way to a life of greater happiness, contentment and inner peace
- Identify the attitudes and actions that rob you of happiness
- Practice timeless techniques of meditation for cultivating inner joy
- Enjoy gentle yoga postures to relax and release stress
- Gain tools and techniques to practice happiness daily
If you would like a longer stay, there is a place on the registration form to add extra nights or arrive early for a personal retreat or seclusion.
