Immerse yourself in nature’s beauty at Ananda Meditation Retreat- a place to inspire your mind, body, and spirit! Join us for a nurturing and rejuvenating weekend of yoga in nature.

Communion with nature brings out the purity and stillness within and connects us to our highest selves. While practicing silence, bathe in the peace and joy of the nature gardens, receive instruction in ways to deepening your yoga and meditation practice, and experience the transformative healing exercises of renowned author and nature educator, Bharat (Joseph) Cornell.

On Saturday, join in an optional group hike to the Serra Buttes or continue your silent immersion in the retreat gardens; the day is yours! Regardless of the option you choose, you will come away refreshed and renewed!

During this retreat you will:

  • Participate in daily yoga postures and meditation classes
  • Nature activities that help still your thoughts and expand your awareness
  • Feel heart expansion through music in a group Kirtan
  • Have the opportunity to practice selfless service
  • Optional Hike to the Serra Buttes
  • Personal time for reading, walking and relaxation
  • If you would like a longer stay, there’s a place on the registration form to either add extra nights or come early for a personal retreat or seclusion.
