Nischala Cryer is the co-founder of Ananda University. A former journalist and award-winning creative director, she is author of the Amazon bestselling book, “The Four Stages of Yoga: How to Lead a Fulfilling Life,” and “Reflections on Living 30 Years in a Spiritual Community.” She lives with her family at a mediation retreat in the Sierra Nevada mountains outside of Nevada City, California.
