Relationships are rich with opportunities to help us grow spiritually.  When we make the effort to see the highest in those around us, we might be surprised at how they rise to the best that is in them.  Love and appreciation also can have a powerfully positive effect on those around us.
In this weekend workshop, we will be learning how we can come together in harmony with friends, partners, family members, and co-workers.

In this program, you will:

  • Practice Visualization to overcome negative expectations and open to infinite possibility
  • Learn how to be a good listener, which is essential to healthy relationships.
  • Gain techniques and suggestions to redirect feelings of anger, resentment, and fear so that you can communicate in a calm and peaceful manner.
  • Discuss Respect and its importance in relationships
  • Learn a simple but powerful meditation technique and have opportunities to practice yoga and meditation twice daily.
  • Enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals and allow yourself to deeply relax in our incomparable environment of peace and tranquility.
  • Have free time for reading, journaling, and walking in nature.

If you would like a longer stay, there is a place on the registration form to add extra nights or arrive early for a personal retreat or seclusion.
