Individual Consultation – Meet online before your arrival with a retreat mentor to answer your questions, and help you plan your individualized retreat. Approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour. Includes a guided meditation lesson if you wish

Personal Support – Daily check-in with a retreat mentor is available- for suggested activities or Personal Coaching on meditation, spiritual practices, or yogic approaches to life situations

Delicious Vegetarian Meals – are offered takeout style for lunch and dinner. Take back to your cabin- or enjoy meals in the beautiful meditation garden

Ample Free Time – Abundant free time for reading, hiking, journaling, contemplation, and relaxation

Enriching Activity Suggestions – If you wish, we can suggest readings or exercises in meditation, raja yoga and spirituality- and offer journaling, art and nature activities to deepen and enrich your experience

3-Night Program cost: $235 – includes lunch and dinner daily, and a complimentary copy of the book Lessons in Meditation.
Lodging billed separately; Total cost depends on choice of lodging.

Things to know about staying at Ananda Meditation Retreat during COVID:
To maintain high standards of safety and hygiene …

*We allow stays only in our self-contained cabins. Bungalows, Monkalows, Happiness Lodge, and camping are not available.

*Meals are served take-out style to eat in our lovely garden or take to your cabin.
*Temples, the dining hall/lounge are closed to guests. 
*The beautiful and peaceful gardens and the nearby trails are open to guests staying at the retreat.   Guests are asked to practice social distancing.
*Mentored Retreat Guests have lunch and dinners provided. Breakfast is on your own.
*Guests meditate in their own cabin- or in the gardens (no group sadhanas for guests)

We are able to host visitors who:

*Have been taking precautions to keep themselves and other safe- such as working in a COVID-safe environment.

*Have been taking precautions when in crowded public indoor settings, etc.

*Do not have underlying health risk factors for COVID 19

*Have someone who- in the very unlikely possibility of becoming ill while here- could come get them

(At Ananda Village nearby, our guests are able to visit  Master’s Market, Crystal Hermitage Shrine & Gift Shop (masks required); and also attend Sunday Service at the Temple of Light- depending on current COVID protocols. Please inquire)
