Relax and Renew includes:
Daily Meditation and Yoga Postures- 3 meditation opportunities each day.
Delicious Vegetarian Meals – served in our dining room.
Free-Time – Ample free time for reading, hiking, journaling, contemplation, and relaxation. All activities are optional.

6:30pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Introductions and Orientation
Saturday
7:00am-8:30am – Hatha Yoga Postures, Pranayama, Meditation
8:30am – Breakfast in silence
11:00am – Introduction to Meditation
12 noon – Meditation
12:30pm—Lunch
Afternoon – Free time to relax, read, journal, stroll through the gardens, hike, etc.
4:30pm-6:30pm—Hatha Yoga Postures, Pranayama, Meditation
6:30pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Satsang evening program
Sunday
7:00am – Hatha Yoga Postures, Pranayama, Meditation
8:30am – Breakfast, not in silence on Sundays
9:30am – Guided Journaling and Closing Circle
