Join with others wishing to explore or deepen their yoga and meditation practice, guided by instructors who have been meditating daily for many years. During this retreat you will:

  • Experience relaxing Meditation and Yoga Postures Sessions
  • Explore the Art and Science of Raja Yoga
  • Be guided in contemplative activities to recharge and renew
  • Have the opportunity to share with others in a supportive environment
  • Gain tools to bring into your daily life

Sample Schedule:

SATURDAY MORNING

~9 am- Introductions

~ 9:30- 10:45 am: Meditation Experience: Cultivating Deep Relaxation

~11 am: Workshop: Yogic Wisdom for Finding Balance Amidst Life’s Challenges

~12 Noon: Lunch Break

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

~ 1- 2 pm: Choice of Activities: *Guided reading, music, creativity, nature and meditative experiences *Affirmation Walk  *Conscious Rest

~2:00-3:15 pm: Hatha Yoga and Meditation

~3:30-5 pm: Satsang and Sharing: Yoga & Meditation for Daily Life/Q&A/Closing Circle
