If taking a personal retreat is new to you, these daily scheduled activities can give you some additional support to make your time here deep, healing, and productive.
These activities are optional; you may participate in as little or as much as you desire.
You can enjoy the following activities each day:
- Two guided sessions of Energization Exercises or Superconscious Living Exercises and meditation
- The opportunity to do Seva Yoga (service such as helping in our vegetarian kitchen, working in our garden, or raking paths)
- Personal services, including: relaxing and therapeutic massage
- Long walks in our beautiful 72 acres of forest
Daily Schedule
Below is a typical daily schedule. Schedule may vary depending on program or event. All activities are optional – you can decide how much to enjoy. Please reserve meals in advance so we can plan our cooking accordingly.
Morning
6:45am – 8:30am Sadhana (spiritual practices) that consist of Energization Exercises, chanting, and meditation (you are welcome to come for part or all of this session)
8:30am – 9:15am Breakfast ($10.00)
Afternoon
12:00pm – 12:30pm Chanting and meditation
12:30pm – 1:15pm Lunch ($12.00, optional $5.00 delivery)
5:00pm – 6:30pm Sadhana-Energization Exercises, yoga postures, chanting, and meditation (you are welcome to come for part or all of this session)
Evening
6:30pm – 7:15pm Dinner ($10.00)
7:30pm – 9:00pm Scheduled program, class, group activity, or free time
