Retreat Facilitator: Nayaswami Gopal Sims has been teaching Ananda Yoga & Meditation since the early ’80s.  He’s also a ninth degree in Kenpo Karate, an International Karate Champion, Olympic Torch Bearer, and the co-founder of the Peace for Warriors Project, a program designed to help veterans and others who have suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders.
