Daily yoga postures and meditation, optional group activities, and ample free time will help you relax, and reconnect to your soul's inner peace and joy.
You'll also enjoy fresh, tasty, and nurturing vegetarian meals prepared from scratch in our kitchen!

The retreat will include:

  • Daily Yoga Postures & Meditation (including instruction)
  • Sharing Nature activities
  • 3 delicious vegetarian meals per day
  • Free time for hiking, reading, journaling, and relaxing in our beautiful gardens.

~ Optional activities (at Ananda Village) after the retreat ends include Sunday Service at the Temple of Light 11 am, lunch at The Expanding Light Retreat ($15) or at Master's Market, and visiting Crystal Hermitage Gardens and Shrine.
