Join us for a weekend of group meditations, hatha yoga, and nature experiences in the beautiful setting of Ananda Meditation Retreat's gardens and forest.
Deepen your experience of meditation- and your experience of the natural world.  May and June are beautiful months at the retreat. Our gardens are blooming and the surrounding forest is vibrant with life force!

The retreat will include:

  • Yoga Postures & Meditation
  • Sharing Nature activities to deepen your awareness of the divine in nature
  • Guided nature walk
  • Free time for hiking, reading, journaling, and relaxing in our beautiful gardens.
  • 3 delicious vegetarian meals per day

If you would like a longer stay, you can also add extra nights or come a few days early.

~Closing Circle and goodbyes

~ Optional activities (at Ananda Village) after the retreat ends include Sunday Service at the Temple of Light 11 am, lunch at The Expanding Light Retreat ($15) or at Master's Market, and visiting Crystal Hermitage Gardens and Shrine.
