A weekend embracing classes in Ananda Yoga, Ananda Meditation, Tai Chi for Higher Awareness is a brilliant way to increase your overall well-being!  The combination of these practices enhances one's inner awareness, mental outlook, and emotional attitude - and many say there is a delightful devotional spiritual feeling as well.

Ananda Yoga offers a wide range of hatha asanas uplifting one’s spiritual life, reducing stress, and can raise one’s consciousness.

Retreat Facilitator: Nayaswami Gopal Sims has been teaching Ananda Yoga & Meditation since 1971.  He is an Ananda Minister, a ninth-degree black belt in Kenpo Karate, and loves teaching this amazing yoga knowledge to all levels of experience. He is also the co-founder of the Peace for Warriors Project, a program designed to help veterans and others who have suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders.
