During this retreat, you’ll receive step-by-step instruction in yoga and meditation.  You’ll be guided through gentle yoga postures that help you relax and release stress for optimal well-being. You’ll be introduced to the basic principles of Raja Yoga. And you will take home tools and practices to help you feel happier, healthier, and more inspired!
