Experience practices that will help you calm your mind and open your heart for spiritual growth and well-being. Meditation, hatha yoga, chanting, and pranayama, in our beautiful garden and forest setting will help you uncover the peace, love, and joy within.

During this retreat, you will:

  • Learn a timeless technique for meditation that helps to still the "Monkey Mind"
  • Learn the importance of the heart energy center - and ways to cultivate the "natural love of the heart"
  • Experience gentle yoga postures and group meditations, including yoga postures to open the heart
  • Experience group chanting- to open the heart and uplift the mind
  • Relax in our beautiful gardens and serene forest
  • Enjoy delicious vegetarian meals

The cost of the program includes all activities and all meals from dinner Friday night through breakfast Sunday morning.

If you would like a longer stay, there’s a place on the registration form to either add extra nights or come early for a personal retreat or seclusion.
